India Booming but still needs lot of Grooming !!!

Just 6 months back The Whole India was listening stories of India Booming !!Every body was investing some amount of their savings into Share Market .One of My friend said ,see how much I have earned ,in just one year ..Why don't you invest into the market ...People who had never invested or neither wanted to invest ,started investing as " India was Booming" !! Isn't it true that economy was booming like a Hot Gas Balloon? People earned like anything in one Year and lost every thing in just one hour of Trading session .....Isn't it true that when "Americans Sneeze, Indians Freeze"..Our economy still relies on the outsourcing .....Major part of the GDP growth is just because of the outsourcing Market (BPOs,IT Services etc..)..Why is there so much instability ...Just talking about a real life example...One person who did his Mechanical engineering from a reputed Institute, and another person who did his Computer Engineering/IT from an average Institute..Mechanical Engineer joined a reputed company of his field with a starting package of 2.8 Lacs pa and he worked hard for 5 years to become a supervisor and now he is earning 4.5 Lacs Pa( WOW !!) ..A Computer Engineer joined a Big MNC with a starting package of 5 lacs pa right from the beginning ...Question is For how much time this difference will be Justified??Why our Government is not concentrating on R & D parks in India?Why are we just satisfied with our own sentiments ?Why can't we see the broader picture of the country?Why are we just concentrating on 3-4 cities in India? Today a professional youngster has just 4-5 cities in India where he can think about settling down. Why dont we get the proper Infrastructure in India?Is building roads too difficult for the Government ?One should love one's country but just think What Government is doing for us ??Have they ever repaired the roads??More than 50 % of your earnings goes into tax(Income Tax + Sales tax+ VAT+Road Tax + Service Tax etc....).....But we still say India is booming... but I think ,it still needs Grooming !! The only way to get success is to have a dynamic Government ...It is time that Professionals come forward and make Politics as their Career....Some body rightly said India is growing .....despite of the Government !
